Weekend Workshop Series=20

Pilates Training Technique will be led by certified instructors Gwen
Hunter Ritchie in Weekend Workshop I, and Scott Meyers and Karina
Richter in Weekend Workshop II.  Pilates is an exercise-based system
that aims to develop the body's "center" to create a stable core for
efficient an effective movement.  Through the process of these
exercises, the body's structure realigns and balance is achieved in the
muscular-skeletal system.  Right now, Pilates is THE exercise program
practiced by athletes and celebrities.  Participants should wear
comfortable clothes and bring an exercise mat.  You may register for any
or all of the classes during the two weekend workshops.

This workshop is offered FREE to the community with the support of The
Harriet B. Storrs Fund of The Cleveland Foundation. Advance registration
is required. For more information or to register call the Lake Erie
College Box Office at 440 375-7450. This workshop will meet in the dance
studio of the Fine Arts Building on the Lake Erie College campus. There
is free parking from the Gillette Street entrance.
