> Winner of the 2004 GLTG Original Script Competition
> Semifinalist in Stephen Sondheim's "Young Playwrights Festival National
> Playwriting Competition"

> Directed by Patty Osredkar
> Auditions are scheduled for Sunday, March 20 from 6pm to 9pm at the Geauga
> Theater, 101 Water Street, Chardon, Ohio
> This is a short run production scheduled for three performances only --
> June 10, 11 12.
> 
> THE PLAY:
> The Road Home, written by local playwright Angela Miloro, starts off as a
> light-hearted, comedic look at the frustration experienced by art student
> "Giselle," who is trying to find a style that the art world will accept as
> truly "artistic."  As Giselle seeks her own "road home" with the help of
> some outrageous characters, the play takes on more depth, depicting
> relationship conflicts, tragic consequences, irony, and the sometimes fine
> line between creativity and insanity.
> 
> All roles are open.  We are seeking men and women age 16 and up.
> 
> Featured roles include:

> Giselle:  Female.  Appears as a 19 year old student and a 30 year old
> mental patient.

> Gabby:  Female.  College art student.
