SOLON CENTER FOR THE ARTS HOSTS TDC 50 INTERNATIONAL TYPE EXHIBITION

Solon Center for the Arts is proud to host the finest works in national =
and international typography and graphic design from the Type Director=92s =
Club 50 (TDC 50). This unique exhibit is sponsored by Kurt Roscoe =
Communications Design.

This annual international competition encompasses a wide range of =
categories including books, magazines, corporate identities, logos, =
stationery, annual reports, video and web graphics and posters. From more =
than 2,300 international submissions, 247 winning designs showcase the =
best models of excellence and innovation in contemporary graphic design. =
Work hails from as far as England, Japan, Slovenia and Canada and will be =
on display April 18 - 30 in the Gallery.

For the past fifty years the TDC 50 of New York City has encouraged the =
graphics arts community to achieve excellence in typography through =
promotion of typography and its annual competitions.
