1. Part-time Assistant Sales & Marketing Position
Seeking energetic, outgoing, articulate individual to assist the Director of
Sales & Marketing for WAKE UP And LIVE's Actors' Studio .
This position allows individual to work from home and set negotiable flex
hours. An excellent opportunity for individual to develop or hone sales and
marketing skills.
Duties include:
. Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in selling WAKE UP And LIVE's
Actors' Studio performances, special events, professional services and training
programs to corporations, businesses, community and civic organizations, and
individuals.
. Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in obtaining sponsorships &
financial support from corporations, businesses, community and civic organizations,
and individuals for performances, special events and training programs.
Requirements:
. Some sales & marketing experience in theatre, performing & cultural arts
preferred, but will train.
(Sales & marketing experience in other businesses helpful.)
. Ability to identify, and make cold calls to, and follow-up with decision
makers.
. Computer and internet skills.
. Meet deadlines.
Salary:
. Commission only, multi-tiered level options to start.
. Potential for future salary base, contingent on sales results.

activities for WAKE UP And LIVE's Actors' Studio .
This position allows individual to work from home and set negotiable flex

Duties include:
. Assist Director in researching grants to seek funding; and writing
proposals to obtain financial support from foundations, corporations, businesses,
community and civic organizations, and individuals for performances, special
events and training programs.
Requirements:
. Experience in research & proposal writing
. Excellent writing skills
. Knowledge of fundraising concepts and practices
. Ability to identify and follow-up with decision makers.
. Computer and internet skills.
. Meet deadlines.
Salary:
. Commission only, multi-tiered level options to start.
. Potential for future salary base, contingent on funding results.
