Located in the East Village, great neighborhood in lower Manhattan. Blocks 
away from the building on the cover of Led Zeppelin’s Physical Graffiti and 
around the corner from the bar where Crocodile ‘Mick’ Dundee goosed a cross 
dresser.

Third floor walk-up $650, covers cost of furnished room (bed, desk, and 
wardrobe), utilities and DSL included. You will be sharing apartment with a 
retired female jazz singer and 17-year resident of the area (Donna), and a 
male actor/model (Louis).

I moved from Cleveland to New York over a year ago under a similar 
short-term rental deal and quickly found full-time work and permanent 
residence.
