Breathing techniques, postures, rhythmic movements, meditation and
relaxation, are used so the student can learn to progressively awaken his
or her highest potential as a human being. With a focus primarily on flow
rather than on posture, there is no need to be an acrobat to enjoy this
yoga style. Different sets of exercises will be taught to work on healing,
balancing and strengthening the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
self. Some basic yoga science, concepts and lifestyle will also be
introduced.
