CONVERGENCE-CONTINUUM OPENS TALES OF THE LOST FORMICANS

Starting this Friday, July 8, audiences will experience an intergalactic
study of a very strange species. A species that reproduces with
difficulty, exhibits random habitational clustering, and uses vocal
intensity for effective communications – the human race.

Audiences will take a tour through Formican Middle America conducted by
aliens in Constance Congdon’s play, Tales of the Lost Formicans, directed
by convergence-continuum’s Artistic Director Clyde Simon and an ensemble
cast that includes Amy Bistok, Lucy Bredeson-Smith, Arthur Grothe,
Geoffrey Hoffman, Christine McBurney, Wes Shofner and Robert A. Walter.

Tales of the Lost Formicans opens Friday, July 8 and runs Thursdays,
Fridays, and Saturdays through August 6 at the Liminis, 2438 Scranton Rd.
in Cleveland's historic Tremont neighborhood. All performances begin at 8
pm. Tickets are $12 for general admission and $9 for students and seniors.
