Hi Fred,

My name is John and I am sending this email as a more detailed follow-up to
the phone call that I left earlier to the Cleveland acting camp.

I am currently a senior film student working on my thesis.  The film is a 2=
5
page (about thirty minutes) science fiction/comedy script titled "The
Metaconfessions" -- it is about a time traveler who celebrates his
one-millionth birthday.

About 2/3 of this film has been shot; the last 1/3 of the script calls for =
a
suburban setting and child actors, which is why I have chosen to shoot this
final part in Cleveland.

I am emailing you in the hopes that you may be able to help me find some
talented children actors who would be free on the weekend of August 20-21st
to act in this movie.

I will be in Cleveland until July 30th (Saturday) so if you could get back
to me as soon as possible, I would be most grateful.  My phone number is

this will be great exposure for kids as this will be screened in many film
festivals around the world, especially in NYC.  The casting call can

CASTING CALL -- "The Metaconfessions"
Dates of Shoot:  August 20st - 21st
Dates of Audition:  July 28th - 29th
Tag Line:  "A science fiction/comedy about a time traveler who
celebrates his one-millionth lifetime by writing his memoirs."

Type:  30 minute NYU student short film.  Will be submitted to film
festivals around the world, and will definitely be shown at NYU's
in-school First Run festival.

Needs:
HENRY (9) -- Though young, Henry has the mind of a an adult.  Both
extremely mature and clairvoyant of all that will happen for the next
50 years, he is a jaded and cynical about childhood.

FILBY (9) -- Henry's best friend who is completely oblivious and
confused as to why Henry acts the way he does.

HENRY (17) -- Refer to Henry at age 9

FILBY (17) -- Refer to Filby at age 9

LEAH (14) -- The love interest of Henry.  A typical preteen/teenage
midwestern girl.  Completely uninterested, and even turned off by
Henry, she acts pretentious when she first lays eyes on him.

TEACHER (30+)

Note:  Due to the fact that Henry and Leah have already been casted
and shot in their middle ages, they must be caucasian.
