SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH  GEORGE is one of only seven  Broadway musicals to=20
win the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.  It is a masterpiece musical about a =20
masterpiece painting, the artist George Seurat and the people he knew and  s=
ketched.=20
DATES:  Rehearsals will be Mondays  through Thursdays from 4:00-6:00 p.m.,=20
starting Monday, September  19th.  In  late-October, weekday rehearsals will=
=20
extend to 7 p.m.  Performances will be November 11-20,  2005 on Fridays,=20
Saturdays and Sunday matinees.=20
WHAT TO  PREPARE:  Bring sheet music of a two-minute  cutting of a song that=
=20
will show off your vocal range, your acting skills  and your personality.  A=
=20
piano  accompanist will be provided, but you may sing to a taped or CD=20
accompaniment IF  there is no other voice on the tape.  No dance audition wi=
ll be=20
necessary for this  show.=20

in the theatre industry, including Cy Coleman, Stephen  Schwartz, Jack Lee,=20
Gordon Harrell, Michael Blakemore, Stuart Ross, Guy Stroman  and Jim Corti (=
all=20
of whom have created Broadway musicals).  He was Production Assistant for Cy=

Coleman on the Broadway musical The  Life, and has many former students in=20
Broadway shows and national  tours.=20
