SOMEONE WHO’LL WATCH OVER ME

Directed by Steve Hoffman

The story of three men held
captive in a cell in Beirut,
this piece was inspired by the
true account of former Beirut
prisoner Brian Keenan. The
prisoners struggle to maintain
their sanity, humanity, and
hope in a setting devoid of
all three. Inherent to this
story of captivity are the
strength of the human spirit
to survive and the capacity of
imagination to set us free.

Auditions will be held Tuesday
and Wednesday, September 13
and 14 at 7:00 PM at the
Players Guild.

No appointment is necessary.

Production dates are October
21, 22, 28 and 29.

Available roles are:
Edward, an Irish journalist.
Actor needs to be able to do a
credible Irish accent. Actor
should
appear to be old enough to
have had three children.
Adam, an American doctor.
Actor should appear to be old
enough to have completed
medical
school.
Michael, an English college
professor. Actor needs to be
able to do a credible English
accent. Actor
should appear to be old enough
to have completed education
for a Doctorate in
literature.
