*Audience Development Manager* – Cleveland Opera seeks mature, 
enthusiastic team player to join the southeast’s most exciting arts 
company. Position works closely with the Associate Director of Marketing 
and the Subscription Box Office Manager to develop and implement 
corporate and group sales campaigns, promotions, speakers’ bureau, and 
ambassador program. Responsibilities include establishing and maintain 
sales database, actively cultivating various community and business 
groups, tour operators and event facilitators; concept and creating show 
packages with added value elements; producing a periodic group sales 
newsletter; establishing a strong network of local, regional and 
national tourism contacts; serves as company liaison with the Cleveland 
Visitors and Convention Bureau.

Excellent written, verbal, computer and interpersonal skills are 
required. Well-organized and able to multi-task. Competitive salary with
