DESCRIPTION:

Blue-ize Magazine is the leader in the Cleveland/Akron area for promoting young talent in the performing arts. 

Blue-ize Magazine provides prospective singers, dancers, and actors in film & theater the tools to improve by featuring successful artists and coaches each month.

We are currently seeking an accountable self-motivated, Sales Representative to pursue business development opportunities, building relationships with the Arts Community and increasing market share while retaining our customer base in Cleveland/Akron. This individual would work remote from our home office in Mentor, Ohio.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

·          Responsible for sales activities within an assigned territory including prospecting, developing, and selling new accounts while increasing revenue from existing customers.

·          Provide problem resolution, client satisfaction and sales follow up. Act as a liaison between Blue-ize and clients.

·          Provide product information and pricing to clients and conduct onsite demonstrations. Attend trade shows and conventions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1.        College degree and 2+ years of technical sales experience preferred

2.        Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong PC/Organizational skills.

3.        Exceptional prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills with the ability to work independently and be creative in identifying and developing relationships with the arts community

4.        Commitment to excellence, integrity, accountability, and professionalism

5.        The ability to travel throughout Northeastern Ohio.

We offer a competitive base salary, commissions and travel expenses.
