Join library director Rita Goodbook and her kooky staff for the fifth annua=
l
volunteer appreciation banquet in The Case of the Clerk in the Cabinet.

Directed by Mim Grammel, The Case of the Clerk in the Cabinet is an
audience-participation murder mystery. In between scenes, you as an audienc=
e
member can interact with the cast, asking questions and sniffing around for
clues. Bad puns, a little slapstick, limerick clues, and family-friendly
silliness abound.

All audience members get a chance to deduce the identity of the murderer.
Correct guesses are put into a drawing for the Volunteer of the Year Award
at the end of the show.

Hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and desserts are included in the price of the ticke=
t
($20); food is provided by Phil's Catering.

There is one performance only, on Saturday, October 22nd, at the Geneva
Public Library, 860 Sherman Street, Geneva, OH 44041. Doors open at 6:30 p.=
m.,
and the fun starts at 7:00. All tickets must be purchased in advance, and
are available at the Geneva Public Library and the Ashtabula County Distric=
t
Library.
