"Barnum's the name.  P.T. Barnum.  And I want to tell you that tonight =
you are going to see-bar-none-every sight, wonder and miracle that name =
stands for!"

Have you every wanted to run away and join a circus?  Well, now you can! =
 Come one, come all to audition for the greatest show on earth - and be =
a member of "Barnum".

Barnum is a high energy jazzy musical from 1980. With Music by Cy =
Colman, Lyrics by Michael Stewart and Book by Mark Bramble, Barnum is =
full of lights, movement, dance, and magic. In the words of the lead =
character in the opening of the show, "Tonight, on this stage, you are =
going to see -- bar none -- every sight, wonder, and miracle that name =
stands for!".
Barnum has need for performers who can juggle, spin a plate on a stick, =
do a hand stand, tumble, spin a baton, be a clown, and almost any other =
specialty associated with a circus or carnival.=20

Auditions are Sunday and Monday
November 6th and 7th
at 7pm
at the Barlow Community Center.

There are lots of fabulous roles for men, women and teens...so why not =
bring the whole family?

Prepare one song in the correct key for your audition, and accompanist =
will be provided.

Be prepared to audition for "movement".  Maybe even a somersault or two!

The ensemble is involved in many numbers and will also have solo parts; =
example Tom Thumb.

We hope to see you there!  After all, who doesn't love a circus?

>From the North, simply exit 480 at Rt. 91 in Twinsburg and head south. =
Take a left on Rt. 303 (just past the clocktower) and a right on Oviatt =
St. The Barlow Community Center will be on the left hand side just a =

>From the South, exit Rt. 8 at the 303 exit and head east (right). After =
you head through the center of town, make a right onto Oviatt St. The =
