Cast Requirements: One African-American man (late 30- to 50-)  and 
additional cast.
Saturday, November 12 at 1:30 p.m.  Auditions are by appointment or arrive.

All actors must be able to sing in a traditional, African-American gospel 
style and be able to move extremely well.

Dale Shields - Director - Dale most recently directed Topdog/Underdog at the 
Beck Center in the fall of 2005. At the Beck Center, he also also teaches in 
the Conservatory Program. He served as production stage manager for the 
Cleveland Play House production of Crowns and for Cleveland's Near West Side 
Theatre production of Anyone Can Whistle.

Ed Ridley - Musical Director - served in the same capacity for the Cleveland 
Play House production of Crowns. His other recent productions include The 
Piano Lesson, Daughter of a Buffalo Soldier, and Tony and Tina's Wedding.

Michael Medcalf - Choreographer - As a professional dancer Medcalf has 
worked intimately with prominent choreographer such as Talley Beatty, 
Katherine Dunham, Donald McKayle, Ronald K. Brown, Bill T. Jones, Cleo 
Parker Robinson, Dianne McIntyre, Kevin (Iega) Jeff, Gary Abbott, Eleo 
Pomare, Dwight Rhoden and David Rousseve amongst others. Highlighting his 
professional performing career is his work as a soloist and principal 
ensemble member of the Denver based Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble.
