   Greetings! 
(What better than a workout that changes your body, mantains your waist-line, 
brings your stamina up, conserves or raises your inmune system, and of all 
work outs out there, Latin-American dance...( well done ) is the one that keeps 
your body looking great, plus the fun and delight of the authentic 
Afro-Caribbean and American music is UNIQUE!)

I will be teaching a 3 week workshop in fundamental Afro-Latin-American dance 
rhythms, ( no partner necessary)

I use various techniques in all my classes, but I am focused on the integrity 
of the Latin Styles when I teach Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Ruma, Samba etc.etc.

Please if you are interested and would like to make a commitment, let me know.

 These set of workshop will be held on January,thursdays at 7PM,  ( will 
announce asap the exact dates).

Where? at Shore Cultural Centre in Euclid (299 East 222nd Street, room 243
