I will go on record by saying that Ellen Friedman said the word FUCK in one  
of Mob IINC's performances and have witnesses to this account.  I did not  
imply that she was under the influence of alcohol or drugs but to drop the F  
bomb in a show was totally against company policy and I will stand by the  
righteousness of her termination.  

Furthermore, it's strange that the many actors Mob INC employs NEVER have a  
problem with getting paid for their services.  This was apparently a shot  to 
her inflated ego and references or not, her performance was done in bad taste  
by using the profanity that she did.  Ellen also claimed that profanity was  
used in many plays and films and I do not dispute that fact, but we don't  use 
profanity harsher then PG rated and she quite frankly went over the  line.  
Her quote which is sort of an admittance to her guilt is as follows,  "in many 
plays and films profanity is in the script".  Actors that were also on that 
same show have called or emailed  me asking me who this person writing these 
emails to NeOHIOPAL was.  

Once it was told to them who it was, the light bulb went off and they  
immediately acknowledged the fact that she DID use profanity and how  unprofessional 
her performance was.  MOB INC is NOT in the business of NOT  paying actors, 
if we were, we wouldn't be in business as long as we have.   My attorney has 
been contacted on if she persists with these slanderous  accusations, charges of 
slander will be pressed.  She has sent harassing  emails to me under fake hot 
mail accounts and it was indeed full of hatred and  bitterness as well as 
profanity.  And all this because she was called on  the carpet for her antics.  
I'm sure she's had many great performances and  I am not discrediting her for 
her credentials, I'm merely pointing out the fact  that her performance with 
MOB INC was intolerable and unacceptable.
And ask yourself this, If what she said was true, why has she  waited so long 
to voice her innocence?  I know if it were me and I knew I  was right, I damn 
sure would not wait two years to voice my innocence.

PS I'm truly sorry that you all had to witness this fiasco but when my name  
is trying to be dragged through the mud, I immediately set the record 
straight,  I don't wait two years to do it.
I post on here to get actors work and also subscribe to keep in the loop of  
things.  But first the blatant bashing of MOB INC along with other mystery  
companies by RANDOM ACTS and now this sorrows me greatly that peoples egos  
control their lives the way they do and use this as a vehicle to trash  others.  
this is NOT what the acting community is about and I will no  longer submit 
anything on here for a while because this is getting way out of  hand.
