I had to put this out after seeing card playing as  a sport, 95% of the "news" being analysis/opinion, and copy dedicated  to non-existent sports teams, i.e., Fantasy Football. Theater is a  legitimate business that enriches the community. It requires talent,  dedication, and commitment. Fantasy football is gambling, plain and  simple, that evolved from office pools. It has reached its popularity  because of the payouts, now into the thousands. Still, it is only an  exponential version of the 100 number bet on final score. How can the  PD waste copy on non-existent teams to support illegal gambling and  deny legitimate needs of the community?
