Beck Center is seeking an actor to play Buddy (Keno) Walsh in its upcoming
production of "The Full Monty".

This is an acting only role (no singing required).

The ideal candidate will be 5'10" to 6'2" and be in nearly perfect shape.
Keno is the stripper role that all the women are paying to see before the mill
workers take over the stage. While this role need not be the typical Chippendale
look, the actor should be tremendously toned and quite muscular. Great abs,
legs, etc. Actor must be comfortable stripping to a g-string and move well.

Age wise this is fairly open. Ideally the character would be in the 27-35
range.

This is a nice acting role with several strong scenes. However, it is not so
large that it will take a lot of rehearsal time. Practically any scheduling
conflicts (shy of tech week and performances) can be worked around.

"The Full Monty" plays weekends from March 17th thru April 9th. Rehearsals
will begin Feb. 11th.

If you are interested or have more questions, please respond
to this e-mail, or call 216-521-2540 x239 and leave a message.
This IS a paid position.

Note to actors on the list---have a friend who fits this description but is
short on acting experience? No worries.....have them contact us!
