Weathervane Playhouse Announces

OPEN CALL AUDITIONS for WAIT UNTIL DARK

Weathervane Playhouse will hold OPEN CALL AUDITIONS for the suspenseful =
thriller WAIT UNTIL DARK, Monday and Tuesday, February 27 & 28 at 7 p.m. =
Auditions will be held at Weathervane Playhouse, 1301 Weathervane Lane, =
Akron, In the Valley off Merriman Road.

Cast requirements: 1 WOMAN

6 MEN

1 YOUNG GIRL

Auditions will also consist of readings from the script. This =
productions runs April 26 - May 14, 2006. Rehearsals begin March 26.

Director: Sarah May is a well-known Cleveland-area theater director who =
began her career as a company member of The Cleveland Play House, then =
spent ten years in New York City performing, directing and developing =
education programs for Playwrights Horizons, Henry Street Settlement and =
Roundabout Theatre. Locally she has directed at the Beck Center, Dobama, =
Karamu, Ensemble Theatre, Charenton and, for Weathervane Playhouse, she =
directed The Dinner Party.

Weathervane Playhouse is committed to non-traditional casting. Except in =
cases where race, gender, age or disability is essential to the play, =
all roles will be cast on the basis of talent. Weathervane Playhouse is =
a community theater. All performers in all productions are volunteers. =
