Cleveland Public Theatre / Elyria YWCA's Women's Voices Project

Women who have faced the myriad of issues that go hand in hand with
homelessness have a lot to say, and very few invitations to do so. In
partnership with Elyria YWCA, Cleveland Public Theatre conducts a program
for residents of the YWCA's transitional housing facility that partners
local women artists such as Sarah Morton, Sheffia Dooley, Deborah Burke, and
Nina Domingue, with women who are making the brave transition from domestic
violence and substance abuse to safe, sober, independent living. Out of this
collaboration comes insightful and original works of drama, story and poetry
which is presented annually to the public. The performances are free with
receptions following.

Come see this year's performance entitled Behold Her: Readings of New Work
from the CPT / Elyria YWCA's Women's Voices Project.
