..........If you are a child of the 1960's, the  Cassidy Theatre's current 
production of "Beehive - the 60's Musical" will be  like a friendly walk down 
musical memory lane.............

..........fun evening of musical theatre,  certain to have you 
leaving.....the theatre humming a tune or at the least  tapping your toes. And feeling like 
you've experienced something fresh and  new............

...........even a day after the opening night  performance, this reviewer 
can't stop humming some of the songs in the score of  this effort by Director 
Kevin Joseph Kelly.

...........the musical features six female  performers........Tonya Broach, 
Amiee Collier, Ayeshah Douglas, Laurel  Held-Posey, Keli Schimilphenig, and 
Caron Wykle........ each of them a  diva in their own right.

...........the high energy show take the  audience on a trip.....through one 
of our country's most turbulent and musically  memorable decades...........

............the opening night performance was  vibrant............

.............Costume Designer Laurel Held-Posey  gives the audience a visual 
treat.........

..............Standout performances included  "Wishin' and Hopin' - the Dusty 
Springfield classic brought to new heights by  Held-Posey...........the 
pairing of Douglas and Broach performing "A Natural  Woman" and Do Right Woman" 
together is a musical  masterstoke.

...........And the show's final musical  selection, "Make your own kind of 
music" sums up the entire production by  capturing the hummable, singable joie 
de vivre that will have you walking out  the door wanting 
more...................

Show times are Fridays and  Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 3:00 p.m.  
Tickets  are $17 for adults and $14 for students and senior citizens. Don't 
miss  out!  Early reservations are  strongly suggested and tickets are going 
fast.  Tickets can be ordered by phoning the  Box Office at (440) 842-4600 from 
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  MasterCard and Visa are  
accepted.
