Cain Park Announces MALE NON-EQUITY AUDITION for KISS ME, KATE
DATE:       Saturday, April 8
TIME:        1-4pm (no appointments taken:  be prepared to stay entire time=
)
PLACE:    CLEVELAND HEIGHTS COMMUNITY CENTER in the Senior Activity Center
(look for signs), One Monticello Boulevard at Mayfield Road in Cleveland
Heights.  For map go to http://www.cainpark.com/facts_directions.asp and
click on =B3Road Map=B2 to enlarge.  Parking lot entrance is on Monticello
Boulevard.  Please note:  Cleveland Heights Community Center is a NO SMOKIN=

facility.

CASTING NEEDS
Bill Calhoun/Lucentio (Broadway hoofer, Lois=B9 partner, chronic gambler)
Male ensemble members
Non-Equity actors are not paid for their participation in Cain Park
productions.  Cain Park is committed to non-traditional casting.  Actors
will be cast solely on the basis of talent, except in cases where age, race
or physical ability is essential to a role.

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
1.  Check your calendar for any conflicts before auditioning
Rehearsals begin Tuesday, May 30 at Grace Lutheran Church (13001 Cedar Road=
)
and are evenings Tuesdays through Fridays and daytime or evening on
Saturdays and Sundays.
Performance dates: June 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, July 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9 Evans
Amphitheater, 8pm.
2. Memorize/prepare your best 16 bars
3. Bring sheet music in the proper key (accompanist provided)=8Bno taped musi=
c
allowed. Please note: you will not be allowed to audition without sheet
music.
4. Bring clothes for dance audition
5. *Bring current photo and resume* (will be retained by Cain Park).
6. Allow enough time to park, fill out your *paperwork*, and be on time!
Auditions will begin promptly at 1pm and will proceed in order of sign-up o=
n
April 8 at the Community Center.
*if you attended 2006 Cain Park auditions, we still have your paperwork,
photo and resume
