Are you interested in helping plan and  run another neohiopal picnic?  

The last picnic had 400-500 people attend.   There was a  gigantic pot luck 
and barbecue, entertainment on several stages all day, some  children's 
activities and games and some people even stayed overnight in tents !

I need to take a backseat this time, so I need a person to be in  charge of 
the overall event, as well as people to assist organizing and running  food, 
entertainment, parking, signage, welcome, cleanup, etc.

I am writing this as a second request to get volunteers to be part  of a 
committee to plan and run the picnic.  Please write me back and let me  know if 
you are interested in helping.  After the committee list is  assembled, I'll 
determine if there is enough support for it to  go.

A likely date would be Saturday, August 26.
