Talked to the #2 at the BOE. They are supposedly accepting ballots that
arrive postage due. This begs the question, however, of whether the
postal service will deliver them. He is looking into that.....two area
post offices have indicted that postage due material might not be
delivered.

This is the last I heard. If the ballots wind up at the post office, and
the p.o. won't deliver them, then we can start the revolution...
