            HARD DAY'S NIGHT
  Friday, May 5
8:00 PM
Hailing from the rock'n'roll city of Cleveland, Ohio, and as the number one Beatles tribute band in the Midwest, Hard Day's Night has been entertaining audiences across the country for the past nine years, is rated among the top national Beatle groups today. They also have the added distinction of being one of the few tribute bands to have performed at the world famous Cavern Club in Liverpool, England, in 1999 for International Beatles Week, including a special appearance with Pete Best, the Beatles first drummer at the Casbah.
Recreating the authentic look and sound of the Fab Four, and performing in character, Hard Day's Night has performed for thousands of Beatle fans from Washington D.C., to Atlantic City, to Dallas, Texas. National clients have included Continental Airlines, Volkswagen of America, the American Heart Association, and the Hard Rock Café. Television appearances and clips featuring the band have been aired on FOX8, PBS, and CBS, and the group appears with such noted British Invasion performers as Billy J. Kramer and Herman's Hermits.
On the local scene across northeast Ohio, the group has performed at a multitude of local community events, including the Packard Music Hall in Warren, the Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival in Canton, the Akron Civic Theater, E.J. Thomas Hall, and for the third year in a row -- Abbey Road on the River in Cleveland, the largest Beatle festival outside of Liverpool, England -- now relocated in Louisville, Kentucky after three successful years in Cleveland. On July 21st, Hard Day's Night will be returning to LOCK3 LIVE! in Akron, co-appearing with Tim Piper and Working Class Hero in a spectacular British Invasion show.
Hard Day's Night continues to look forward to creating the excitement of Beatlemania throughout the country for 2006 and beyond, because audiences will always demand to see the number one rock group of all time -- John, Paul, George and Ringo perform live on stage again -- and Hard Day's Night recreates that exciting vision by performing the magical not-for-note sound of the Fab Four, in character, in one of the most authentic stage show tributes to the Beatles seen today.
  Advance discount tickets: $10.00
Day of Show: $10.00

        ACOUSTIC JAM
BAND JAM
Featuring Waterband,
Sultans of Bing, and Carlos Jones
  Friday, May 6
8:00 PM
Waterband was founded by David McDougald, inspired by a higher calling and deep desire to send sincere positive vibrations into the universe through both expressive musical improvisation and thoughtful musical and lyrical composition. Waterband 's form is ever changing, yet ever flowing... Waterband's sonic depth and changing forms allow them to perform as a dynamic acoustic ensemble or as a full-blown electric aural assault! With a massive array of influences, drawing from classic rock, blues, funk, folk, and jazz as well as the ability to cover other artist's classic songs, Waterband is sure to please a diverse audience!!! Waterband has performed over 500 shows, since forming in 2001, in venues ranging from concert halls, local pubs and coffee shops, to weddings and corporate/political functions as well as radio and television throughout the Midwest and East coast all with the same positive response!
A powerhouse rock quartet from Cleveland, the Sultans of Bing have been creating cosmic grooves together since 1997. With an emphasis on strong songwriting and structured opportunities for improvisation, the Sultans have long striven to bring high energy and positive vibrations to audiences of all stripes. Along the way the band has performed from Colorado to Ontario, headlining theaters and festivals, and supporting national and international acts.
The band has opened for a host of national and international acts including Bernie Worrell & The WOO Warriors, Les Claypool's Frog Brigade, Buckethead, Derek Trucks Band, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, George Clinton, Merl Saunders & Melvin Seals, Sound Tribe Sector 9, Wookiefoot, the Big Wu, Max Creek, Ekoostik Hookah, Umphrey's McGee, the Original Parliament, the Why Store, Jethro Tull, Santana, the Dead, and even the Sun Ra Arkestra.
Carlos Jones is to Cleveland reggae what Jim Brown is to Cleveland running backs: the undisputed champ. With Jones at the forefront of the scene for morethan 25 years -- first in I-Tal, then in First Light -- this city's reggae following was practically built upon his back. Devoutly spiritual, Jones is a Bob Marley devotee who eschews dancehall for galvanized roots-reggae. Jones and his PLUS Band were voted Best Live Act at the 2004 Scene Music Awards and Best Reggae / World Act for 2005, and they maintain a hectic pace of gigging, playing out every single weekend. As a result, the band's soulful riddims have made it one of Cleveland's top draws for close to a decade. ~ Cleveland Scene Magazine August 3, 2005
