[NEohioPAL]Theatre Question

Joe -
It's been my experience that if there are roles that are "officially"
precast, theatres usually include that information in their audition notice
- "the role of Phineas J. Whoopie has been cast" or "will be played by
so-and-so."
I don't see anything wrong with calling a theatre to get audition
information and asking if all roles will be available, or to indicate on
your audition sheet that you are only interested in a specific role or
roles, if that's the case. Being respectful of people's time is just good
manners and good politics for theatres and actors alike.
Break a leg,
Nancy Brooks
