             Casting Call: 

   A short film, drama, to be shot over the summer by Red Duck Pictures, the producers of the recent feature length film, Imperfections - http://www.redduckpictures.com/past-imperfections.htm .  This film is an independent film and all work is currently non-pay.  The film will be finished by early fall and submitted to the Cleveland film festival, as well as other Indie festivals.

   The short-fiction drama entails a man, Ian, who is investigating the recent murder of his girlfriend.  As the plot unfolds, Ian finds that there are bigger forces out there that may have led to the demise of his love.  He is questioned by detectives, betrayed by friends and attacked by a suspected killer.  His reality becomes surreal.

   We're looking for talented actors and actresses to fill the following roles:

Beth:  Supporting character.  20-something.  She is an investigative reporter.  Sweet, cute and kind, with a slightly flirtatious side.  

Detective Baraldi:  Supporting character.  Older - Late 40s-Early 60s.  Tough, seasoned officer.  Gets to the point.

Detective Hebert:  Supporting character.  Younger - Early 30s.  Smart, a bit nerdy, but precise.  He has already earned the respect from his partner, Baraldi.

Richard:  Supporting character.  20-something.  Handsome, cocky but sweet to the opposite sex.  

Hubbs:  Supporting character.  30-something.  Intelligent, with an untrustworthy side - disguised as kindness.

   Auditions will be held on Saturday, May 27th between 6 and 9 pm in room 132 of Taylor Hall on Midway Drive in the Kent State University campus - located in Kent, Ohio.
