Matthew James Murphy, who performed in the Broadway show RENT for 3 years has 
been back in Cleveland the past 2 years teaching guitar/piano lessons as well 
as developing young talent. Matthew currently has close to 30 students a week 
and has been developing 16 yr. old Jami Ross www.jamirossmusic.com  for the 
past two years. Jami is playing close to 15 shows a month and is well on her 
way.

Matthew teaches a nontraditional/classical style that focuses on learning the 
basics through songs the STUDENT wants to learn. Matthew is now looking for 
new students as he will have more time in the summer months. Beginners of all 
ages are welcome on either instrument, guitar/piano. Matthew also does audition 
consultation as well as music career consultation for anyone serious about 
going into the entertainment field.. Lessons are conducted at students home. 
Price depends on how far the drive is as well as how long the lesson goes.

Lessons set to begin the second week of June. There will be one week where 
Matthew is on tour with Jami Ross and will be out of town.
