Subject: [NEohioPAL]Gorgeous Akron area duplex up $425, 600 sq ft
References: <20060601050408.1A0F762368 at mailman.siteprotect.com>
Message-ID: <023301c68758$fc007cc0$a357e504 at LeighAtHome>

Located in the safe, beautiful, quaint Village of Mogadore (between Akron
and Kent, 2 miles south of I-76). This duplex is nestled in a quiet,
single-family home neighborhood. 15 mns to downtown Akron; 45 mns to
downtown Cleveland. Available August 1st.

All rooms are spacious:
Living Room: 13'3" x 10'8"
Bedroom: 13'3" x 9'11"
Kitchen/Dining: 13'8" x 9'2"
Bathroom: 11'6" x 5'8" (you could fit a bed in there!)

Plus another 100 square feet of hallways and a private flight of stairs. One
entire wall in the bathroom is storage! It has two closet doors with large
shelves, and six very large drawers.

Home built in 1930, and this apartment has NINE windows. That's two windows
in EVERY room (even the bathroom), plus one in the hallway!

Kitchen comes with stove and fridge only, no dishwasher. No laundry or
hook-ups. Lots of off-street parking behind the house. Nice landlord.
Private entrance. Carpet in living room and bedroom will be professionally
cleaned. Kitchen floor will be redone before you move in (it is currently
painted wood, the landlord wants to do tile). Tile in bathroom; claw-foot
tub; brand new toilet. This is a quiet home, you must be mindful of your
downstairs neighbors. Cats welcome.

Like the title says, it's charming...that's what the ad said when I found
this apartment over 5 years ago. Charming means not modern, fyi. I'm now
moving to be closer to work, or I wouldn't leave at all. Great "just out of
college" place. It feels like a home, not an apartment.
