The Northern Ohio Hate Crimes Working Group (HCWG) began in 1998. It is
cosponsored by 
the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Ohio and the
Cleveland Division 
of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  

The HCWG is composed of over fifty organizations from northern Ohio. The
working group 
consists of three committees: Law Enforcement, Legislation, and
Community Outreach/
