Bored by art that looks like you could turn it upside down and no one
would know? Interested in work you=B4d like to have in your home
instead of work that could only be hung in a museum? This is the show
for you.
Joanne DePolo Denise Ivey Telep will show their paintings at Gallery
324 from July 7 through July 29, 2006. The pair have just completed
work on the June 14 Communal Mural that nearly 700 Clevelanders
participated in painting all day on June 14, 2006. The mural will be
presented to the City of Cleveland in a ceremony with Cleveland Mayor
Frank Jackson in the Galleria the evening of July 7 as part of the
"Collaboration" opening.
DePolo and Telep paint oils and acrylics and the occasional
watercolor. Their subjects range from urban through suburban to rural
scenes and people. Ms DePolo has just written a book, Making It As An
Artist.
OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, July 7, 2006, 5 - 8 PM Refreshments and
music provided.

Free parking will be available for the opening in an underground
parking garage. The entrance to the garage is off Lakeside, between
East 9th and East 12th streets. (See bottom of this page for

About Gallery 324
Founded in 2005, the mission of Gallery 324 is to showcase primarily
Ohio artists. Located in the Galleria at Erieview on the first floor,
near the Food Court, Gallery 324 is operated by Marcus Bales, a
Cleveland glass artist, in conjunction with Gary Roberts, a Cleveland
furniture designer.
