FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CHARM (Central Historical Area Residents of Massillon) will hold its 5th
Annual Summertime on Fourth event on Sunday, July 16th from 11am to 6pm on
Fourth Street NE in Massillon from Lincoln Way (Route 172) to Cherry NE.

The event will feature the Historic Fourth Street as it was in the 1880's,
with vintage cars, horse and carriage rides, Russell Steam engines and
tractors on display, period artist and crafters, antique dealers, period
costume people, entertainment, food and more.  High tea will be served at
the Thomas Russell House Bed & Breakfast (Reservation requested call
330-837-9642). Tour the Russell House and Massillon's Women's Club. Guests
may join in the Costume Contest and also the Photo Contest.

CHARM is seeking a group to present a barbershop-quartet style of music at
this event.  The group would perform on street corners and sing, then move
on to another area to sing again. If your group would like to do something
like that in costume for kicks/fun/exposure, please contact Tommy Knouff of
CHARM at tom.knouff at timken.com or by phone at 330-471-5184. All of the
entertainers for this event are volunteers and donate their time as a
community service.
