Job Description for Rehearsal Accompanist

Opera Cleveland seeks Rehearsal Accompanists for its 2007 season and related
events. The Rehearsal Accompanist has the responsibility of playing the
piano/keyboard for all rehearsals associated with a production. Accompanist
must be able to play from the piano/vocal score with ease, work with a
variety of conductors and the Chorus Master. Skill with languages (such as
Italian and German) a plus. This position where appropriate, may be
combinable with that of Assistant Chorus Master. Applicants must possess
excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented. A positive attitude,
good concentration, and patience are a must. Position reports directly to
