Character Descriptions:
Troy Maxson -- In his 50s (African-American) -- once an excellent =
baseball player; a hard worker -- garbage collector; believes in =
education; dwells on the past.

Jim Bono -- In his 50s (African-American) -- a garbage collector; Troy's =
friend for more than 30 years; admires Troy's honesty and hard work.

Rose -- In her 40s (African-American) -- Troy's wife. Her devotion to =
him stems from her recognition of the possibilities of her life without =
him.

Lyons -- Early 30s (African-American) -- Troy's oldest son by a previous =
marriage; a musician.

Gabriel -- 7 yrs. younger than Troy (African-American) -- Troy's =
brother; injured in WWII and has a metal plate in his head; believes he =
is the Archangel Gabriel.

Cory -- Teens (African-American) -- Troy and Rose's son; in high school =
with athletic ambitions; tries to get his father to understand his =
future dreams; tension builds.

Raynell -- Age 7 (African-American) Troy's daughter.

Performances are schedule for October 11 - 29, 2006: Wednesday, Oct. 11 =
at 7:30 p.m.; Thursdays, October 12, 19, 26 at 7:30 p.m.; Fridays, =
October 13, 20, 27 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, October 14, 21, 28 at 8 p.m. =
and Sundays, October 22, 29 at 2:30 p.m.

There are also 2 school day performances: Tuesdays, October 17 & 24 at =
