Kerry Clawson of the Akron Beacon Journal hailed "The satire URINETOWN =
is the funniest show I've ever seen at Carousel Dinner Theatre." She =
continued to say "Artistically the theater has triumphed."

The creative team is lead by Carousel's Artistic Director Sean Cercone, =
director and Broadway veteran Jen Cody and choreographer Brian Loeffler. =
Cody has performed in 12 Broadway/off-Broadway shows including: THE =
PAJAMA GAME, URINETOWN, TABOO, SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL, THE WILD PARTY, =
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, GREASE, CATS and ANYONE CAN WHISTLE. She also =
taught the first National Tour of URINETOWN. Loeffler was on =
pre-production crew developing original choreography for Broadway's THE =
FULL MONTY, and he dance-supervised and performed in the New York =
revival of GREASE, starring Rosie O'Donnell.

Clawson also stated "The New York cast's comedic timing is perfect, as =
is the satirical tone." The Carousel Dinner Theatre is breaking free of =
convention with this uproarious comedy! The show has a little of =
everything for musical fans including numerous dance styles, parodies to =

URINETOWN, the Musical is the story about oppressed people subject to =
being forced to pay, by a corrupt corporation and politicians, to =
accommodate one of our most basic needs: to relieve oneself with =
dignity. Bobby's father is taken off to URINETOWN for the failure to pay =
for the use of the facilities. Bobby then leads a revolt which results =
in the kidnapping of the corrupt Board Chairman's na=EFve daughter, =
Hope. These two fall in love and work together to right wrong. But, does =
right become wrong?
