CLEVELAND (September 18, 2006) --  Cleveland Play House (CPH) Artistic
Director Michael Bloom announces that My Fair Lady will be produced for =
the
first time in the 91 year history of CPH.=20

My Fair Lady, the beloved American musical by Alan Jay Lerner and =
Frederick
Loewe, is based on the play Pygamlion, an English comedy by George =
Bernard
Shaw. Directed by Amanda Dehnert, My Fair Lady is a co-production of CPH =
and
the Actors Theatre of Louisville. This special, two-piano version of the
production was approved by the authors years ago, but is rarely =
performed.

The original Broadway production of My Fair Lady, starring Julie Andrews =
and
Rex Harrison, ran for over six years, winning six Tony Awards. The 1964
movie version with Harrison and Audrey Hepburn won eight Oscars.

SIZE=3D2 FACE=3D"Arial">My Fair Lady</FONT></I><FONT SIZE=3D2 =
FACE=3D"Arial"> will be produced for the first time in the 91 year =
history of CPH. </FONT></P>

My Fair Lady, the beloved American musical by Alan Jay Lerner =
and Frederick Loewe, is based on the play Pygamlion, an =
English comedy by George Bernard Shaw. Directed by Amanda =
Dehnert, My Fair =
Lady is a co-production of CPH =
and the Actors Theatre of Louisville. This special, two-piano version of =
the production was approved by the authors years ago, but is rarely =
performed.

The original Broadway production =
of My Fair Lady, starring Julie Andrews and Rex Harrison, ran =
for over six years, winning six Tony Awards. The 1964 movie version with =
Harrison and Audrey Hepburn won eight Oscars.
