This came from a friend of mine in Austin, Texas:

Hey Spotters, Doing some market research in the following cities in the next
two weeks. Dallas, Chicago and Cleveland. I
need to locate African American women between the ages of 20-39 that are
heavy make-up users for man-on-the-street interviewing that consist of 2-4
minutes of Q & A.

There is a small fee (PA day rate) to point out where we find these ladies
and/or set us up with these ladies. The ladies ar also paid a very small fee
for the 2-4 minutes of chat time.
