CASSIDY THEATRE PARTNERS WITH WESTFIELD'S SOUTH PARK
MALL ON SPECIAL "SLIPPER AND THE ROSE" PERFORMANCE AND
CASSIDY ON-TOUR APPEARANCE AT WESTFIELD WORKS WONDERS
EVENT

Strongsville, Ohio - The Cassidy Theatre in Parma
Heights has partnered with Westfield Southpark Mall on
two special appearances from Cassidy performers to
help kick off the holiday season. The Cassidy outreach
performing group "Cassidy On-Tour" will be performing
selections from contemporary musical theatre at
Southpark's "Westfield Works Wonders" event on Sunday,
November 12th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Westfield Works
Wonders is an annual charity fund raising event that
raises money for dozens of area charities. Starting at
6:30pm, Southpark Mall will only be open to ticket
holders of the event. Tickets are $5 and are available
at the Mall or through participating charities. Go to

enjoy entertainment, food and shopping discounts. All
proceeds go to the participating charities. Southpark
will also be unveiling the newly constructed grand
entrance to the mall at the event.

Cassidy On-Tour is an outreach performing group of
area theatre performers. The group's mission is to
raise awareness of Northeast Ohio community theatre in
general and the great entertainment available at the
Cassidy Theatre. The group will also be appearing at
Borders in Strongsville on Saturday November 18th at
4p.

Southpark Mall will also host a very special holiday
Princess Party featuring live selections from the
Cassidy's upcoming production of "The Slipper and the
Rose"- a musical retelling of the Cinderella story.
Families are encouraged to bring their "little
princesses" dressed in gowns and tiaras to the mall on
Sunday, November 25th from 8a-10a to enjoy a
continental breakfast, receive goodie bags, have
pictures taken with Cinderella and Prince Charming,
have princess make-up sessions and other activities.
The cast of The Slipper and the Rose will perform
excerpts from the musical, which runs November 24th
through December 17th at the Cassidy Theatre. Tickets
for the Princess Party are $20 and are available at
Southpark Mall and at the Cassidy Theatre. Princess
Party ticket holders will receive a $5 discount off
the price of admission for the actual production at
