 announces auditions for its next production

 with callbacks scheduled on

The auditions will be held at The Cleveland Play House in Classroom 2.

Monologues are not necessary but are a plus, keep them to one minute in len=
gth.
Sides will be available at the audition and at our website starting this Fr=
iday, December 15th.

Character Breakdown
=20
Bella: Mid - Late 20's.  Still deciding who to permit
 on the playground of her idle mind.
=20
Jack: Mid - Late 20's.  Not as inherently sharp as his girlfriend Bella,
although he attended an Ivy League school.
=20
Ralph: Mid - Late 20's.  A former classmate of Jack's who disguises his
dorkiness as hipster-cool, the kind of guy excited by his iPod.

Play Synopsis
=20
One year after the murder of his college sweetheart, Jack, an Ivy League dr=
opout, finds himself in Austin settled with a poet-turned-junkie, new flame=
, named Bella.  With the Police having found no leads over the past year, s=
ave Jack himself, who had been cleared at the time with no substantial evid=
ence, they have announced that the files will be open to the public in the =
hope of sparking some new leads.  This occurrence brings about an old frien=
d of Jack's, Ralph, who had always felt the closest of friends with Jack's =
ex.  Ralph, an old college friend in search of answers and understanding, s=
hows up at the couples dwelling while Bella is the only one home, igniting =
a flurry of questions and worry inside Bella over her own safety.  When Jac=
k returns to find himself the center of a firing squad, the questions begin=
 to invoke the emotions and doubt that lived within the tumultuous time wit=
hin his ex's death.  The nature of the two men's grief and guilt are expose=
d as the truths of the last year begin to emerge, and reveal that some live=
s are still in danger.
