Ten Sessions - Tuesdays, Starting January 16, 2007; 7:00 -10:00 pm
$225 - Audit Fee $25 per Class
Acting the great roles of William Shakespeare. This class utilizes intensive
scene-work sessions to explore the technique of acting verse - specifically
Shakespeare's. We use the First Folio as our text and explore the rules of
scansion, punctuation, capitalization, phrasing and in-depth
characterization; expanding the physical self to embody the words. This
class is part one of two sessions and is for advanced students.
This class is appropriate for all levels of experience. The workshop is
formatted to allow each person to work at their own level.
This is a fun and challenging class. I hope to see you there!
