TrueNorth Cultural Arts is looking for volunteers!

One of the most important  volunteer  jobs at TrueNorth is staffing the desk 
in the Front Gallery. Front Desk volunteers welcome, inform and excite 
people about the concept and offerings of TrueNorth Cultural Arts Center. 
This involves both walk-in customers and callers.

Along with meeting and greeting, sales are made at the front desk and people 
are registered for classes. Guiding people to tour throughout the building, 
both upstairs and down, is encouraged. TrueNorth offers a hall which is 
available for parties, a bakery and artist studios for rent.

Of particular interest to TrueNorth would be people with some knowledge of 
framing or a desire to learn because TrueNorth now offers custom framing.

For special occasions, such as open houses for each new show of art, guides 
are useful to help visitors tour the facility.

TrueNorth is open Monday - Friday, Noon to 7pm and Saturday, 9am to 4pm. We 
are closed on Sundays. Volunteers would normally be working with another 
volunteer on your shift. Shifts are now Noon - 4pm and 4pm - 7pm, Monday - 
Friday and 9am - Noon and Noon - 4pm on Saturday.
