I am very pleased to announce the performance next Friday, March 9th, of singer/songwriter JEN CHAPIN, at the Winchester Tavern!
If you are not already familiar with Jen’s music… you ought to be! Jen comes from a long line of celebrated performers and artists, most notably her father, the late singer/songwriter, Harry Chapin.
But, Jen is not to be categorized… she is an immensely talented singer/songwriter, in her own right—offering a healthy combo of folk, jazz, and blues, in one concise and pleasing package. Her passion and sensuality, combined with prolific lyrics and a strong sense of self and social conscience, all comes through very strongly in her music, making her an artist to be reckoned with!
Indeed, Jen is one to see LIVE—and here’s your chance!!
The Jen Chapin Trio, including the masterful bass of (husband) Stephan Crump, and Jamie Fox, on guitar, will perform in this intimate setting. Local performers ZACH and WILL CHESIRE will open the show.
