My husband and I are so excited to be relocating back to Northeast Ohio.  We have to leave behind our gorgeous and very large apartment in Sunnyside, Queens (about 15 mins from Manhattan by subway).  
 
We are looking for someone to sublet our apartment for May and June, or to start a new lease beginning in May.  Details are below.

Apartment is available for sublet for May and June or for a new lease starting May 1st.  Rent is $1275 a month. Security deposit is required.
 
Huge living room and bedroom (each are 14x20) and eat in kitchen.  Bathroom was recently renovated.  Perfect for couple or a share!
 
Amenities include:
Hardwood floors
Daytime sunlight and lots of windows
High ceilings
Elevator building
Laundry in basement
Heat/hot water included
Friendly super lives in the building
