The Great Lakes Medieval Faire under New Entertainment Direction is seeking=

Auditions are :
Saturday March 24, 2007; 10am - 3pm, Fight Audition: 3pm - 5pmSunday March =
25, 2007; 10am - 4pm- at the Faire Office on the GLMF Faire grounds (see be=

Saturday March 31, 2007; 10am - 3pm, Fight Audition: 3pm - 5pmSunday April =

Requirements:
=B7 a one (1) minute monologue (either contemporary or period) that best s=
hows your talent=20
=B7 if you have an acting resum=E9 and/or a head shot (or even a recent ph=
otograph), please bring them=20
=B7 if you are interested in fighting (stage combat), you must attend both=
a Fight and an Acting Audition=20
=B7 if you have a special skill (singing, dance, juggling, etc.), come pre=

About the Director:
John C Davis has been a Performer/ Director for over two decades with more =
than four thousand performances to his credit. His Comedy Sword-fighting sh=
ow, Hack and Slash, has been seen nationally and in sixteen countries aroun=
d the world for the past fourteen years.
As a Fight Director, John has worked in many prestigious theaters includin=
g: the Kennedy Center, The Folger Shakespeare theater, and The Globe Theate=
r. He has been seen on such shows as the Today Show, Good Morning Atlanta, =
Good Morning Nashville, Miami=92s Deco Drive, and in the feature film Kalif=
ornia starring Brad Pitt and David Duchovny
Since Sept. 11, 2001,John has performed over one hundred shows for the USO =
and Armed Forces Entertainment in sixteen countries including the most remo=
te regions of both Afghanistan and Iraq.
John has Directed Four Major Renaissance festivals nationally yielding the =
highest growths in of any festivals in the Industry. His approach is based =
on positive reinforcement and High Quality performances.=20
