Subject: [NEohioPAL]GroundWorks Dancetheater Gospel Brunch Benefit at House of Blues
Message-ID: <20070409183019.0D373A2ECA at coyote.dreamhost.com>

Reminder to all GroundWorks friends and supporters,

GroundWorks is hosting a Gospel Brunch benefit party this Sunday April 15 at the House of Blues in downtown Cleveland. It is a fabulous place, worth going just to see the first class outsider art collection that covers all the walls. The House of Blues Foundation out of New Orleans buys the work to support non-academically trained, often poor, artists.

If you’ve always thought about going down to the House of Blues Gospel Brunch now is your chance to check it out and help support Cleveland’s own GroundWorks Dancetheater. There will be Mimosas and lots of other good things to eat, while being serenaded by a gospel choir. The GroundWorks will also perform with the singers.

There is a silent auction with the opportunity to buy art from 9 artists, including Don Harvey, Mark Soppeland, Garie Waltzer, Hui Chu Ying, and others. In addition, there are many non-art auction items too numerous to mention.

Below is a summary of information about the benefit. Please forward this message to your e-mail lists - thanks.

Hope to see you there!

David
