Ashland University Department of Theatre seeks applicants for a Visiting
1-year Assistant Professor of Costume Design beginning August 2007. 
Primary responsibilities include:  courses in Costume Design, Costume
Technology, Advanced Theatrical Design and Introduction to Theatre;
function as Costume Designer and Costumer for 4-show departmental
season.  The position requires the ability to design, execute designs,
instruct students in costume technology and supervise paid and unpaid
students in the Costume Studio.  The candidate should have demonstrated
commitment to teaching and be able to show evidence of teaching
effectiveness.  MFA required and professional experience desirable. 
Screening will begin immediately and continue until position is filled.
