Parting is such (bitter)-sweet sorrow, but these have got to go!

Victorian revival parlor set; 6 pieces, including sofa, setee, platform rocker, lounge chair, 2 side chairs.  Detailed walnut/fruitwood frames with acanthus carvings, half-wheel arm details and mushroom arm caps. Blue damask covering.  (Appraised at $3500 in 1987.)  Very good condition.  Price: $2800.

Vintage bowfront sideboard buffet with 16"-high bevel-mirror backsplash and shelf.  Oak with dark brown finish, roll legs, 7 drawers with wooden roller-guides and 2 doors (all with locks), and wooden pulls.  54" long X 60" tall X 21" deep.  (Appraised at $675 in 1987.)  Very good condition.  Price: $540.

Gustav Stickley child's settle, model #215 -- ca. 1910.  Pine; 38" long X 31" tall X 15" deep.  (Similar piece brought $2420 at auction, Pittsfield, MA 1998.)  Good condition.  Price: $1100.
