  Shorebank Enterprise Center, an old factory turned office and artist space, has a great opportunity for artists in need of an affordable working space.  
   
  2139 square feet of light filled space, with hardwood floors, roman columns, high ceiling, double doors, sink, and 2 small offices.  This space is perfect for one artist or several to share.  It can easily accommodate 6 to 8 artists and maybe more.  It is close to the freight elevator, close to the bathroom, close to the lake and close to the freeway!  Five minutes from downtown.  There is free parking, free dumpsters, free receptionist, 24-hour access, electronic surveillance and on-sight security from 6p until, 10p.  We offer fax access, access, access to a copier and mailings.  It is a safe building, with a friendly, helpful atmosphere and staff.
   
  While there are several artists within the building, this space is specifically on the Artist Wing.  My name is Kathy and I am an artist in this wing and a graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Art.  I have been here 7 years and I could not be happier with my studio.  The other tenants include a professional glass artist, and a professional ceramic artist who were the first tenants on this wing.  I looked for a studio for a while in the Cleveland area, and this is by far the nicest space I found and also the most affordable!  It is a great opportunity to be here.
   
  Located at 540 E. 105th St., the building is right next to Bratenahl and centrally located.  The rent is $600.00 per month (not including utilities).  Think about it... $600/6 artists = $100.00 each.  You will not find a better rent for what you will receive.  This particular space will be available in October.  We have other space available now including another larger space.
