Hi Everybody,

I have been relatively inconsistent about screening out negative  vitriolic 
messages to the list.  Sometimes I move a little too quickly when  posting - 
I'm going to put an end to that inconsistency.

Please be informed that defamation of character or excessive  verbal attacks, 
by either naming or implying individuals,  will no  longer be tolerated on 
the Neohiopal list.

I do encourage you all to continue to give positive, contructive  and 
educational feedback to each other through this source.
